Hiring: Full-stack Developer (Contract)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, may move to 4)
🗓 Duration: April 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026 (with extension/FTE potential)

🔑Key Responsibilities
Full-stack development (MERN stack) – 50% frontend, 50% backend
Plan and execute sprint objectives & project milestones
Write responsive, efficient, testable code following best practices
Collaborate with Scrum team to deliver features and escalate issues
Provide leadership and guidance across internal/external teams

✔Must-Have Skills
13+ years as a full-stack developer
5+ years with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node)
3+ years unit testing (frontend & backend)
3+ years with microservice architecture
2+ years in Agile/Scrum
Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth2, SSO)
CI/CD pipeline implementation

➕Nice-to-Have Skills
Modern front-end best practices
Gitflow or trunk-based branching strategies
Code reviews & mentoring experience
