Technical expertise with mission-critical applications (e.g., OTIS), Azure Cloud, Mobile technologies, .NET, Oracle, SQL Server, DevOps, and related tools.

Strong experience leading and developing comprehensive business cases, IT roadmaps, briefing notes, and operational deliverables in alignment with OPS project management methodologies.

Extensive Project and Product Management expertise, including Agile and SDLC, along with the ability to manage schedules, risks, resources, and stakeholder engagement in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Recent public service experience and the ability to effectively advise and influence senior stakeholders.
