Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Program Manager – Data Analytics & Regulatory Reporting. This position is instrumental in overseeing complex technology initiatives within a dynamic banking environment, ensuring successful delivery aligned with regulatory standards and business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive program management experience, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record in financial services.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple large-scale data analytics and regulatory reporting programs from inception to completion
Manage program scope, timeline, budget, and resources effectively
Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, business SMEs, and technology teams
Establish and maintain governance structures, protocols, and reporting dashboards
Provide strategic guidance, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations
Monitor program risks proactively, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
Deliver consistent communication updates to sponsors, executives, and key stakeholders
Oversee financial management, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking
Support vendor management, RFP processes, and strategic sourcing activities
Apply best practices in program life cycle methodologies, governance, and documentation
Desired Skill-Set

10+ years of program management experience in banking or financial institutions
Proven ability to lead multiple complex technology projects with large budgets
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience overseeing compliance-driven programs and regulatory delivery
Excellent risk management and mitigation skills
Knowledge of data analytics and reporting frameworks within financial services
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Clarity
PMP or Scaled Agile certifications are assets
