Now Hiring: Business Systems Analyst
📍 Location: Scarborough (Mostly Remote – must be open to hybrid as required)
📅 Duration: ASAP – August 31
🕘 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and technology. The ideal candidate deeply understands business needs, simplifies complex requirements, and translates them into clear, actionable technical instructions for development teams.
🔹 Must-Have Skills & Experience:
9+ years of hands-on experience creating:
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
Process workflows
Use cases
Data analytics reports
Stakeholder communications
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Spanish & English proficiency (bilingual required)
Strong ability to interpret business needs and convert them into technical build-ready documentation
🔹 Nice-To-Have:
Experience with Microsoft applications (Visio, PowerPoint)
Power BI experience
PowerShell knowledge
ServiceNow experience
