Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an IT Salesforce Project Manager – Financial Cloud. This position demands a dynamic leader capable of managing complex Salesforce implementations within a fast-paced, enterprise environment, driving initiatives from inception through successful delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Salesforce Financial Services Cloud deployment projects, including Sales Cloud configuration and customization
Oversee Salesforce Experience Cloud development and Marketing Cloud (SFMC) integration
Manage loyalty management feature implementation within Salesforce platforms
Supervise the integration of Salesforce solutions with multiple enterprise systems, including Microsoft Azure Data Factory and Databricks
Facilitate Agile project management as Scrum Master for cross-functional teams
Develop and manage project schedules, risks, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of deliverables
Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management, maintaining clear and effective communication
Utilize JIRA and Confluence for requirements management, complex query writing, and dashboard creation with EazyBI
Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues as needed
Desired Skill-Set

Proven experience managing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related technologies
Strong background in enterprise systems integration and solution architecture
Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project lifecycle management
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and EazyBI for project tracking and reporting
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to present complex information clearly
Financial acumen regarding project budgeting and resource management
Demonstrated success leading teams in fast-paced, technology-driven projects
Ability to visualize and communicate solution architectures effectively
Experience with transition phases from requirements gathering to project delivery
Nice to Have

Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Microsoft Azure services, including Databricks
Previous experience within financial institutions or regulated environments
Awareness of current financial technology trends and platforms
Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to financial services
