Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Agentic AI and Generative AI delivery. This is a full-time position focused on leading complex AI initiatives within IT and EPMO, with a direct impact on transforming call center and business operations.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $33.34/hr
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI projects aligned with business goals
Develop and execute practical roadmaps translating AI strategies into actionable plans
Establish and monitor success metrics such as adoption rates, containment accuracy, and cost savings
Manage project baselines for scope, schedule, and budget with disciplined reporting
Oversee implementation of large language model (LLM) solutions including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and lifecycle management
Coordinate model updates, retraining, and hallucination mitigation strategies
Design human-in-the-loop escalation processes
Challenge architectural and vendor suggestions using data-driven insights
Collaborate with architects and AI SMEs to validate solution scalability and viability
Promote responsible AI practices through risk management and operational governance
Facilitate alignment among Business, Technology, and EPMO teams to ensure delivery stability
Translate technical challenges into business impact and foster decision-making
Report on project status tailored to technical teams, senior management, and executive leadership
Drive operational efficiency, identifying redundancies and streamlining workflows
Measure and optimize AI’s impact on agent productivity and operational costs
Desired Skill-Set
PMP certification (required)
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Confluence
Strong hybrid project management experience (Waterfall + Agile/Scrum/Kanban)
Capable of leveraging Agile ceremonies for effective delivery
Hands-on experience leading generative AI solutions, particularly with Salesforce Agentic AI or Google Gemini
Deep understanding of LLM lifecycle, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and hallucination mitigation
Ability to articulate AI value and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Proven track record of managing complex IT projects with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong risk management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication with the ability to deliver succinct, audience-specific updates
Nice to Have
Exposure to Salesforce Agentic AI deployment
Experience with Google Gemini or other advanced generative AI platforms
Understanding of operational AI implications and change management
Prior involvement in large-scale AI initiatives within financial services
