Senior Help Desk Analyst (Contract | Remote – Alberta only)
Edmonton, Alberta, Canada
Salary, $30 to $60 per hour

We are seeking an 3 experienced Senior Help Desk Analyst to provide front-line application support for public-facing department systems. This role supports external stakeholders by troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, coordinating with business and technical teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple applications.

Must have:
4+ years of experience in Application Help Desk support
Strong background in user identity verification & account management
Experience with Help Desk software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (2005+) preferred
bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent

Eligibility for Enhanced Security Clearance required

This position is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Edmonton as needed.
