Hiring: Associate Product Manager
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite: Tue–Thu | 2 days remote: Mon & Fri)

We are currently looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to join our team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Americas external websites and digital tools, with a strong focus on AEM-driven experiences.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define and own the strategic vision and multi-year roadmap for Americas external websites (Canada, Mexico, South America, US Offshore).
✅ Lead product strategy, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
✅ Drive end-to-end digital product management – from requirements gathering to deployment.
✅ Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal/Compliance, IT, and MarTech teams.
✅ Leverage analytics, user insights, and market research to optimize digital experiences.
✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy (OneTrust), and accessibility standards (AODA).

🎯 Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years in digital product management.
✔️ Strong experience managing enterprise websites and digital tools.
✔️ Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
✔️ Proven experience working in Agile environments.
✔️ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
