Hiring: Scrum Master
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days from Office)
📄 Contract Role
🧠 Experience: 8–10 Years

⚠️ Important:
Must have a valid Canadian work permit
No bench sales profiles, please

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews & Retrospectives
Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices
Remove impediments and manage dependencies
Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog
Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, predictability)
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams
Support Agile transformation initiatives

🔹 Required Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
✔️ Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban & Agile frameworks
✔️ Experience working with cross-functional tech & business teams
✔️ Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
