We’re hiring a Customer Service Associate to join a growing medical technology company!

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the backbone of the order fulfillment process. You’ll manage customer and sales rep orders with precision, coordinate production needs, keep CRM/ERP records up to date, and ensure seamless delivery from start to finish. You’ll also troubleshoot order discrepancies and keep stakeholders informed every step of the way.
