Hiring: IT Program Manager – OPS Experience We have an immediate need for a Sr Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives within Technology Services, with a strong focus on application development delivery. Hybrid – Downtown Toronto (3 days onsite/week) 12-month contract + 12 months extension Rate: $115-120/hr Must-Have Experience 10+ years of Program Leadership / Senior Project Management experience 5+ years leading application development projects (end-to-end lifecycle) Experience delivering large-scale, high-risk enterprise IT programs Experience within the Ontario Public Sector (OPS) or City of Toronto (must have) Strong public sector governance & procurement experience Active PMP certification Experience managing multi-project portfolios in a matrix environment Please message me directly if you are interested
