Senior ERP Project Manager

**HIRING – FULLTIME PERMANENT – ONSITE MISSISSAUGA*

Our construction client is looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager who has experience overseeing ERP implementations from end to end, with construction/manufacturing industry experience! (must have exposure to 2-3+ ERP systems)

Top Must Haves:
End-to-end ERP implementation experience
Must have taken an ERP through selection → implementation → course correction → delivery (not just joined halfway or only selection/only execution)
Multi-ERP exposure (2–3+ ERP platforms)
They do not want someone heavy SAP only or Oracle only
Need someone who can compare ERPs and evaluate options objectively
Ownership + accountability + autonomous delivery
Senior role, lots of stakeholders so this person will need to take ownership, be proactive, engaging, collaborative, and be able to act independently
Experience with SaaS or Cloud technologies and integrations with multiple systems
Construction / Manufacturing / Contracting industry experience would be the best fit – they’re open to other industries however banking-only profiles for example may struggle to translate to their environment, so ideally a combination of various industries
Change management experience/understanding (adaptable, comfortable with change)
