We’re looking for an experienced field leader to support major construction activities inside the protected area at Pickering.

Job Overview
Provide field oversight of construction activities for various projects within the protected area and station.
Spend the majority of time in the station while attending project and vendor/contractor pre‑job meetings as required.
Complete walkdowns, provide coaching, and contribute to the observation and coaching database.
Support vendors and stakeholders in resolving safety, quality, technical, schedule, and productivity issues.
Act as an integrated member of the project team and refurbishment program, reviewing schedules and supporting Look Ahead planning.
Accommodate early start times aligned with vendor schedules and occasional weekend coverage as needed.
Qualifications
Nuclear security clearance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction oversight, supervision, or field coordination, preferably in nuclear or energy generation.
Proficiency with Work Protection, Work Authorization, and Work Management processes is preferred.
Familiarity with nuclear processes and tools such as AS9, Work Orders, and Work Assessing is an asset.
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to build collaborative working relationships with vendors and co‑workers.
