Location: 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto (Onsite)
Start Date: April 1, 2026
End Date: October 5, 2027 (Extension Possible)
Duration: 500 Business Days
Hours: 7.25 hrs/day
Security Clearance: CRJMC

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Designer to design, provision, and maintain mission-critical MOH EHS solutions across complex on-prem and cloud environments within the OPS cloud ecosystem.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
• Developing, provisioning, and maintaining configurations for large, complex, highly available, mission-critical on-prem and cloud solutions
• Development and implementation of RESTful and SOAP web services using JSON and XML
• Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines including:
Re-usable cloud environment configuration
Deployment of COTS and MOH custom applications
Related configuration components
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Fluency in Git-based version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab)

🔹 Experience & Skill Set Requirements:
✔ Solution Design Experience (10+ years):
• Consulting with developers and COTS vendors to define solution requirements
• Designing secure, highly sensitive, large-scale cloud and on-prem solutions
• AWS and Microsoft Azure integrations
• IT compliance, security, privacy, and risk management
• Batch and real-time integration technologies
• Monitoring, alerts, troubleshooting, and environment restoration strategies
✔ Technical Experience:
• Cloud solution design on Azure and AWS
• REST/SOAP services using JSON and XML
• CI/CD pipeline development for reusable environment configurations and deployments
• Version control with GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Agile documentation and tracking (Jira, Confluence)
• Information Security best practices (IAM, encryption, auditing, access control, network zoning, healthcare IT systems)
✔ Communication & Leadership:
• Leading development teams, mentoring juniors, and coordinating deliverables
• Strong technical documentation skills (configuration guides, runbooks, specifications)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Experience in 24×7 critical environments and operations
✔ Project Management:
• Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in complex delivery environments
