Senior Full-Stack Developer – Toronto (Hybrid)
Are you a builder, not a maintainer? Join a fast-moving, early-stage startup shaping the future of residential real estate workflows. This is high-impact, end-to-end ownership – from architecture and build, to deploy and monitor.
What You’ll Do:
Own systems end-to-end – architecture → development → deployment → monitoring.
Influence core technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the product.
Work on a modern stack: Python, React + TypeScript, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Postgres, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker.
Collaborate in a small, high-autonomy team with 3 days/week in-office (Toronto).
Who You Are:
5–7+ years experience, ideally from high-growth SaaS startups, fintech, proptech, or marketplaces.
Experienced in zero-to-one delivery: taking products from idea → production → real users.
Skilled in both frontend and backend development, with strong systems thinking.
Excited by autonomy, fast feedback loops, and shipping visible results.
Salary & Perks:
$160,000–$170,000 CAD + 0.5% equity (4-year vesting)
Hybrid role: 3 days in Toronto office
