We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Leader – Privacy to support complex, enterprise-level digital health programs within a leading public sector healthcare organization.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to lead privacy strategy, regulatory readiness, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation for major initiatives such as:
🏥 EHR Modernization
🔄 Integrated Patient Access
📊 Enterprise-wide Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs)
📑 Legislative readiness (e.g., PHIPA, FIPPA compliance)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale digital health initiatives
✔ Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and privacy consultations
✔ Oversee privacy vendor engagements across enterprise programs
✔ Manage privacy risk identification, mitigation, and executive reporting
✔ Drive change management across clinical, technical, and operational teams
✔ Ensure alignment with OPS I&IT methodologies
✔ Deliver executive dashboards, risk briefings, and governance reporting
✅ Must-Have Qualifications
5–7+ years managing electronic/digital health projects
Experience deploying or supporting clinical software systems
1–2+ years hands-on Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps experience
Proven public sector experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong expertise in scope, risk, governance, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, Teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
⭐ Assets
PMP Certification
Strong knowledge of PMI PMBOK
Experience with JIRA / Confluence
Working knowledge of PHIPA, FIPPA
Experience with Ontario-wide healthcare systems
Direct clinician or clinical data exposure
Change management & business process redesign experience
