Hiring – Chief Financial Officer (Permanent | On-site | Toronto)

We’re partnering with a mission-driven, high-growth HR technology organization at the intersection of workforce development, public sector impact, and SaaS innovation to find a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer.

This is a rare builder role for a finance leader ready to partner closely with the CEO and board during an exciting phase of growth.

📍 Downtown Toronto
🏢 On-site – 4–5 days/week
💼 Permanent, Full-Time
🚀 Focus – Financial strategy, SaaS scale, international growth

Here’s what you’ll bring:
– CPA designation, ideally with Big 4 firm experience
– 12-20 years of senior finance leadership in SaaS environments
– Strong command of SaaS metrics, unit economics and forecasting
– Experience in a startup building the finance function from scratch
– Expertise in multi-entity, multi-currency operations
– Experience partnering with CEOs and Boards
– Roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style
