We are currently looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative focused on modernizing a large-scale public-facing correspondence platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role — not just leadership. The ideal candidate must bring strong coding expertise and experience building and maintaining enterprise-grade applications in Azure.
🔥 Must-Have Experience
✔️ 8+ years React 18 / HTML5 / CSS
✔️ 8+ years ASP.NET Core / Minimal APIs / LINQ (.NET 8+)
✔️ 3+ years Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
✔️ Azure APIM, Azure Service Bus, Azure Container Apps/Jobs
✔️ Microservices architecture & Docker
✔️ SQL Server & Redis Cache
✔️ GIT
💡 What We’re Looking For
We need someone who:
Has strong hands-on coding expertise in .NET (Minimal APIs) and React
Has deployed applications in Azure end-to-end
Has worked extensively with Azure Service Bus (producers/consumers)
Has built and maintained multi-stage Azure DevOps pipelines
Understands distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices
Is comfortable mentoring junior developers and performing code reviews
Can contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices
🌟 Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
Familiarity with HL7 / FHIR
Experience with Application Insights / Log Analytics
Microsoft Azure certifications
