🎯 Key Responsibilities

📊 Lead business analysis activities across all project phases
🧩 Perform business, process, use case, and data modeling
📝 Document business & technical requirements clearly
🔄 Support data migration from legacy to provincial systems
🛠 Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and defect resolution
🤝 Liaise with business stakeholders, vendors, dev & QA teams
📢 Present complex information to technical & non-technical audiences
📚 Develop user documentation and training materials
⚙️ Support QA, UAT, and troubleshooting activities

🧠 Must-Have Skills & Experience

✅ 5+ years Public Sector / Healthcare experience
🏥 Experience with EMR, HIS, Long-Term Care systems, OHRS

📐 Strong expertise in:

Business & process modeling
Use cases & data flow diagrams
Business rules & non-functional requirements
☁️ Exposure to cloud-based solutions
📈 Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
