Senior Project Manager (Government)
Remote – Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Valid Government of Canada Security Clearance Required
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise infrastructure initiatives within a government environment. This role oversees end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure projects
Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
Manage risks, compliance, and financial controls
Ensure integration with enterprise platforms (Azure, PeopleSoft, cybersecurity, M365)
Drive operational readiness and continuous improvement

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years of technology project management experience
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum, resource planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
Proficiency with MS Project, ADO, ServiceNow
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Assets
End-User Computing & provisioning platforms
Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365
Telephony/VoIP & collaboration technologies
Bilingual (English/French)
PlanView experience
