Global Technical Talent, an Inc. 5000 Company is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Designer / Developer with 8+ years of Instructional Design & Development experience to join our team!

This is a 100% remote opportunity (Canada-based candidates only) supporting a leading financial services client.

Proven expertise in designing and developing complex simulations
Strong experience producing engaging learning videos
Advanced skills in assessment design and development
Ability to work on net-new instructional design projects
Experience maintaining and enhancing existing learning assets
Strong stakeholder collaboration and client-facing skills
