We’re Hiring: 2 Program Manager – Digital Health. 12 months contract – 5 days on-site – Downtown Toronto Rate: $110/hr. Lead large-scale digital health programs that transform primary care and referral pathways across Ontario. We’re looking for someone who can: ✅ Deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget ✅ Drive physician and clinical engagement at scale ✅ Translate clinician feedback into actionable digital solutions ✅ Collaborate with product teams, regional partners, and executive stakeholders Must-haves: 8+ years in healthcare project/program management Strong knowledge of Ontario’s primary care and referral systems Proven digital transformation experience Outstanding communication and stakeholder skills 💡 Know someone who fits?
