Business Analyst

Location: Stoney Creek, Ontario (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
💰 Salary: CAD 80,000–100,000 + bonus, pension, and benefits
⏳ Type: Full-time, Immediate Start
✈️ Travel: Up to 1 week per month across Canada & USA
Are you an analytical, hands-on Business Analyst ready to bridge technology and operations? Join our IT team to implement and optimize Microsoft Dynamics ERP, integrating it with specialized fabrication software. You’ll work directly with stakeholders, map processes, define requirements, and deliver actionable solutions that drive efficiency across multiple sites.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze business processes and map workflows to identify improvements
Gather, document, and manage business and technical requirements
Support ERP implementation, system upgrades, testing, and user training
Create training materials, support guides, and end-user documentation
Collaborate with teams across Canada and the U.S. to ensure successful deployments
What We’re Looking For:
3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP environments (Dynamics NAV preferred)
Strong understanding of finance, POs, supply chain, billing, and order management
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to travel to U.S. sites (Canadian or U.S. work authorization required)
