Hiring: Confluent Solution Architect | Location: Calgary, Canada

Key Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Confluent / MSK / Open Source, etc.)
Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or Scala
Expertise in event-driven architecture & real-time data streaming
Cloud experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes & CI/CD
Excellent problem-solving & communication skills

Preferred (Confluent Ecosystem):
Kafka Connect, Kafka Streams, ksqlDB, Schema Registry
Confluent Cloud, Flink, Control Center
Stream Governance, RBAC, monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
Confluent certifications a plus

Role Overview:
Design and deliver scalable real-time data pipelines
Collaborate with data engineering, architecture & DevOps teams
Build robust, cloud-ready streaming solutions
