Junior/Intermediate Business Analyst – AI Specialist

We are seeking a Junior/Intermediate Business Analyst – AI Specialist to join the project implementation teams and support operations as our client advances in their AI journey. This contract position will last until the end of the year. While fully onsite work in downtown Calgary is highly preferred, a hybrid arrangement is also workable.

Key responsibilities include:
– Connecting business needs with AI capabilities to ensure strategic and feasible solutions that are effectively adopted.
– Maintaining platform expertise and tracking emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini.
– Assessing business processes to identify areas where AI can add value or improve efficiency.
– Collaborating with the AI Project Team to select appropriate AI technologies.
– Evaluating AI platforms, tools, and vendors to recommend the best fit for organizational needs and budget.
– Facilitating training related to AI technologies or AI-enabled processes.
– Assisting in establishing and communicating responsible AI guidelines, data handling standards, and usage policies.
