BI Analyst

BI Analyst (with the right blend of technical and analytical expertise) Duration: 12mo contract (possible extension) Full onsite in office (postal code starts with L5T/ East Mississauga) for the first 2 months Rate: 65-80/hr (must be incorporated or have a solo-proprietorship) Project: transitioning from on‑premise reporting to reporting through our Unified Data Model in MS Fabric Skills Required: – 8+y of experience in BI, ideally with experience shifting from reporting to services – Advances SQL skills – Advances BI Development (Power BI Service, Power BI Reporting Services, data modeling) – Solid understanding of semantic layer concepts to support the unified reporting approach – Strong business analysis skills, including requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and translating business needs into reporting solutions – Good understanding of data governance IMPORTANT: Only candidates that meet the eligibility criteria and have required Must-Have technical expertise will be contacted/responded.
