Senior Business Analyst (x2) – Public Sector

$40–$60/hour | Open to Canadian Contractors

NORAMTEC is seeking two (2) Senior Business Analysts to support a major public sector client in Toronto. If you thrive in agile environments, excel at stakeholder engagement, and have strong experience in Government systems analysis, we want to connect with you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops & cross-functional collaboration
Write and refine user stories; manage backlogs & participate in sprint planning
Conduct user research, develop personas & create journey maps
Translate business needs into functional specs & prototypes
Support system design, testing & implementation
Manage incident triage with technical teams
Help implement and optimize AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency

Must-Have Experience:
Strong agile framework experience (user stories, sprint reviews, backlog management)
Systems analysis & design expertise
Experience with web technologies, databases & COTS applications (Cúram preferred)
Incident management & issue triaging experience
AI-driven solution implementation & optimization
User research, personas & journey mapping
Work Details:
Fully on-site (Toronto OPS office)
7.25 hours/day, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM standard hours)
