Director – Structured Credit (Toronto, Hybrid)
💼 Location: Downtown Toronto – Minimum 3 days in-office
💰 Salary: $200,000 CAD ± $20,000 + 20% bonus + 4 weeks vacation

We’re looking for a seasoned Director-level leader to drive technology strategy and delivery for structured credit platforms. You’ll work across trading, risk, finance, and operations to modernize systems, implement best-in-class controls, and lead high-impact programs supporting ABS, MBS, CRE, TRS, and other credit products.
What You’ll Do:
Define and execute global technology roadmaps for structured credit platforms.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs ($5–$10MM budgets) and platform buildouts.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and oversee outsourced/offshore teams.
Implement controls for data integrity, risk, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with trading desks, risk, finance, and operations to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
Build and lead high-performing teams across geographies.
What You Bring:
10+ years in capital markets, structured credit, or mortgage-backed securities technology.
Deep expertise in ABS, MBS, CMBS, TRS, CLOs, and global regulatory environments.
Proven leadership in large-scale program delivery in regulated financial services.
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and offshore resources.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Information Systems, or related field (CFA/FRM preferred).
