We’re Hiring: HRIS Analyst (Workday) 💼

Are you a hands-on HR professional with deep experience in HRIS, analytics, and Workday? Join a growing People & Culture team and play a key role in driving HR system transformation, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This is a technical and strategic role with real impact across HR operations.

📍 Location: North York
🕘 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days)
📅 Contract: 12 Months – Extension Possible

Key Responsibilities:
👥 HRIS & Workday Enablement – Serve as Workday SME, support system configuration, workflows, dashboards, integrations, and optimization
📊 Reporting & Analytics – Build recurring and ad-hoc reports, translate data into actionable insights for leadership
🧾 HR Operations Support – Support onboarding, HR administration, compliance reporting, and employee engagement initiatives
💻 Recruitment Systems Support – Maintain ATS, LinkedIn integrations, and HRIS-recruitment system connectivity
🤝 Collaboration & Communication – Partner across Payroll, HR, IT, and external consultants; act as a technical liaison

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–5+ years of HR analytics or HRIS experience
✅ Strong hands-on Workday experience (dashboards, reporting, workflows, integrations)
✅ Experience with payroll systems (ADP an asset)
✅ Exposure to SharePoint workflows and reporting tools
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✅ Collaborative, proactive, and able to translate technical concepts clearly
