Senior Full-Stack Developer – Toronto (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:
Build and operate backend services (Python, AWS, Kubernetes) and frontend dashboards (React + TypeScript).
Design APIs, handle data workflows, and implement cloud infrastructure with Terraform.
Influence core technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
Work in a high-autonomy, fast-feedback environment with a small, passionate team.
What We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong Python backend skills + React/TypeScript frontend experience.
Cloud-native experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and production deployment ownership.
Comfortable with hybrid work (3 days/week in Toronto office).
Startup or early-stage experience preferred — you know how to go from 0 → 1.
Salary & Equity: $160k–$170k CAD + 1% equity vested over 4 years.
