We are currently looking for an experienced Business System Analyst with a strong background in Banking / Financial Services.

🔎 Key Requirements:
✔ 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation (BRD/FRD), and testing (UAT)
✔ Strong SQL query writing skills
✔ Experience in data analysis and data visualization tools
✔ Ability to translate functional specifications into technical specifications
✔ Knowledge of process documentation and workflow mapping
✔ Strong systems thinking and technical writing skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
