Responsible to provide technical leadership, conduct system analysis and risk assessments, support agile delivery, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible enterprise solutions for Toronto-based public sector initiatives.

Seeking 10–15 years of recent experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale, multi-client n-tier web applications using Java EE (J2EE), cloud-native technologies, and modern frameworks, such as: Spring Boot, React, and MVC.

Require strong expertise across full SDLC delivery of business-critical systems, application architecture, data modelling, and deployment within cloud and virtualized environments, along with experience in security, cryptography, and complex integrations across Oracle, WebSphere, and RESTful services.
