Senior Full-Stack Developer (Toronto – Hybrid)
Salary: $160,000–$170,000 CAD + 0.5% equity (4-year vesting)
Location: Downtown Toronto (3 days in-office)

What You’ll Do:
Be one of the first engineers beyond the founding team.
Own systems end-to-end: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
Influence core technical decisions and mentor junior engineers.
Ship fast, iterate quickly, and see the impact of your work immediately.
What We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years professional experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS, fintech, proptech, or marketplace startups.
Proven “zero-to-one” delivery experience—taking ideas to production with real users.
Full-stack expertise: Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Docker, React + TypeScript, Postgres.
Strong systems thinking: caching, async behaviour, performance, CI/CD.
High autonomy, low ego, collaborative, comfortable with ambiguity.
Nice-to-Haves:
Personal GitHub projects, blog, or portfolio showcasing your curiosity.
Mix of traditional and emerging technologies.
Previous startup or early-stage experience.
