We’re Hiring | Technology Business Consultant – Securities Finance 🚀
📍 Location: Remote in Canada (EST preferred)
🕒 Duration: 12+ Months

We’re looking for an experienced Technology Business Consultant with strong Securities Finance (Securities Lending & Repo) expertise to support global, top-tier clients during software implementation and migration projects.

🔍 What you’ll be doing:
• Support Global One → Securities Finance Trading Manager migrations
• Work closely with Product teams to improve client experience
• Train clients on Securities Finance applications
• Gather business requirements for interfaces & enhancements
• Assist with test plans, test cases, and UAT cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding

✅ What you bring:
• Advanced experience in Securities Finance (Securities Lending & Repo)
• Hands-on experience with Trading & Settlement platforms
• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Expertise in solution definition & business architecture
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, IS, or equivalent experience

• Securities Finance Processor
• Securities Finance Trading & Collateral
• Securities Lending Processing Platforms
