Senior Business Analyst

We’re Hiring — Senior Business Analyst I’m currently looking to connect with data-driven professionals for a Senior Business Analyst role with out Customer Experience PMO team. This role focuses on transforming customer experiences through data insights — building dashboards and visualizations, analyzing operational metrics, and recommending strategies that drive measurable improvements. The person will conduct deep-dive analyses to identify inefficiencies, create compelling reports using Tableau and Looker, and partner with stakeholders across the organization to embed a data-driven mindset. ✅ What we’re looking for: *Strong technical skills: SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Looker *2–3 years of business analysis experience (telecom/tech preferred) *Proven ability to create impactful dashboards and visualizations *Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements management skills *Experience with GCP, JIRA, Confluence is a plus If this sounds like you — or someone in your network — feel free to reach out or message me directly.
