Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Customer Support Specialist- KYC/Banking. This position involves supporting deposit compliance remediation and ensuring customer accounts meet regulatory standards through detailed review and documentation. The role offers an engaging environment within a leading financial organization, emphasizing accuracy, customer service, and teamwork.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $24.87

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed reviews of customer accounts and files to identify discrepancies or missing information.
Follow established procedures to ensure Business Account compliance, documenting all interactions thoroughly.
Maintain accurate, complete documentation that aligns with client and business intentions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards in all customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal partners to support account reviews and compliance activities.
Manage time efficiently in meetings and daily tasks with minimal supervision.
Handle sensitive customer data securely and responsibly.
Desired Skill-Set

Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prior experience in customer service, especially in a contact center environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Nice to Have

Knowledge of KYC/KYB requirements.
Contact center experience.
Experience working in compliance or remediation roles in banking.
