🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support healthcare IT initiatives for the Ministry of Health. The successful candidate will lead complex projects involving infrastructure, security, privacy, and enterprise system deployments within large healthcare environments.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
Monitor project performance and report progress to steering committees
Lead business analysis activities, including current/future state analysis and gap identification
Oversee deployment of network infrastructure supporting healthcare facilities
Develop business cases, including solution analysis, benefits, and success metrics
Lead Office 365 deployments in large enterprise environments
Develop Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and security assessments
Ensure compliance with healthcare, privacy, and security standards
🛠 Mandatory Qualifications
PMP Certification (valid)
ITIL Certification (valid)
PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification (valid)
Minimum 8 years experience in project planning, execution, and governance
Strong experience in healthcare or large public-sector IT environments
