About the Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Automated QA Test Lead to join a flagship government modernization program. You’ll lead QA automation efforts across modern and legacy systems, ensuring quality, reliability, and accessibility. This is your chance to work on a high-visibility initiative delivering better digital services to the public.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor QA automation efforts across UI, API, and accessibility testing
Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using Playwright
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
Oversee regression, integration, and UAT testing cycles
Collaborate with developers, product leads, and stakeholders to ensure release readiness
Produce quality reports and release recommendations
Top Skills We’re Looking For:
6+ years hands-on QA automation experience
Strong Playwright and ASP.NET testing experience
CI/CD integration experience
API testing and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) experience
Strong communication, documentation, and team leadership skills
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience modernizing legacy systems alongside new platforms
Government or public sector digital service experience
Oracle, Java, Postman, Axe accessibility, GitLab CI/CD experience
