We have a 10-month remote contract opportunity for a QA Tester specializing in ServiceNow.

As a QA Tester, you will join a busy ServiceNow team and be responsible for the following activities related to ServiceNow:

– Designing and executing test plans for ServiceNow releases
– Validating functionality in QA and PROD environments
– Documenting defects and coordinating with developers for resolution
– Ensuring regression and UAT coverage

The current environment includes 12 applications deployed, with several integration projects planned.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in ITSM, HAM/SAM, and SecOps modules.
