Devops Engineer

NEW: Devops Engineer 6-month contract to hire / Top 5 Bank / 2-3 days hybrid 🚨 Rate up to 92.00/inc + HST Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 1) 7-10+ years’ general experience in IT with 4+ years practical experience and product business knowledge in capital markets 2) Experience with but not limited to PL/SQL (must), SQL Loader, UNIX Tools (must), shell scripting (Bash, Perl, Python), JAVA (must), XML, HTML 3) EOL Software Support analyst should understand Linux fundamentals, including file systems, permissions, package management, and command-line utilities. 4) Infrastructure management involves provisioning, configuring, and maintaining servers and networking components. Experience in Tools like Ansible, Puppet for automating infrastructure management tasks. Nice-To-Have Skills: 1) Proficient in using Git to track changes, merge code, and manage code repositories effectively. 2) Docker: Package applications and dependencies into containers. 3) Experience managing projects that span change in front, middle or back-office systems and teams. 4) Experience with a vendor trading application (Murex, ION, Fidessa) 5) Experience with Apache Airflow DM for more details – no third party agencies!
