Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica MDM Developer with strong expertise in MDM development, integration, and data quality. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MDM hub, IDD, User exits, BPM and a deep understanding of MDM concepts, hierarchies, and data governance. This role requires leadership capabilities and client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full SDLC for Informatica MDM solutions, from initial architecture and development to multi-environment deployment across Sandbox, DEV, QA, and PROD

Integrate MDM with enterprise systems such as SAP Hana (via SDI), AWS Aurora (via IDMC CDI/CAI), Kafka, Google Pub/Sub, and webMethods.

Configure and manage Rest v2 APIs, GlobalScape file transfers, and other integration points.

Implement Reference 360 and Cloud Data Quality solutions for data standardization and enrichment.

Enforce strict adherence to MDM hierarchies, data governance policies, and industry best practices to maintain a reliable “Golden Record”.

Ensure compliance with MDM hierarchies, governance, and best practices.

Act as the primary technical consultant for clients, translating complex business requirements into scalable MDM strategies and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Expert-level configuration of the MDM Hub, including complex landing/staging mappings, custom cleanse functions, and advanced match and merge rule sets to ensure data integrity.

Implement and customize Informatica Data Director (IDD), BPM workflows, and user exits to extend core MDM capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Extensive experience in the development and configuration of on premises Informatica MDM (including v10.5) including components like hub, IDD, BPM, User exits, SIF.

Expertise in MDM Integration, Reference 360 and Cloud Data Quality.

Solid understanding of MDM concepts, hierarchies, and data governance.

MDM working experience with JBOSS EAP 7.4, Oracle 19C, and RHEL 8.10 environments.

Deep understanding of MDM concepts, hierarchies, and data governance.

Proficiency in integration technologies: SDI, IDMC CDI/CAI, Kafka, Pub/Sub, webMethods, APIs.

Ability to lead teams and manage client interactions effectively.

Deep understanding of master data concepts, including the design of complex MDM hierarchies and the implementation of enterprise data governance frameworks.

Nice to Have:

Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, and data migration strategies.

Knowledge of performance tuning and high-volume data processing.
