Development Manager

We’re Hiring: Development Manager – Capital Markets 🚀 Looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in financial application development to manage a high-performing team. This is a management role only – coding is not required. Must-Have: – 7–10 yrs in application development at financial institutions – 3+ yrs managing teams & multiple projects simultaneously – Expert in Core Java & familiar with scripting (Python preferred) – Experience with settlement operations, collateral management, and/or margining is a requirement Nice-to-Have: – Broadridge applications experience – Familiarity with financial regulatory agencies (SEC, CFTC, OSFI, NYDFS, etc.) If you thrive in capital markets and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you! **Must be eligible to work in Canada, no sponsorship available at this time.
