Incident Response Manager

I’m #hiring for a Incident Response Manager for a Fortune 500 Major American Retailer!
[*3-6 months contract then convert to FTE/perm – $120k-$125k base + benefits, 1 day per week to office in Toronto, ON!]

Looking for:
· 7+ years relevant experience in:
o  Incident Management
o  Incident Response
o  IT Operations / Service Management
o  ServiceNow (ITSM)
o  ITIL certifications (preferred)
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
· Proven ability to attract, motivate, and retain technical talent
· Experience reporting on incident metrics and performance
