Experience & Education
7+ years relevant experience in:
Incident Management
Incident Response
IT Operations / Service Management
ServiceNow (ITSM)
ITIL certifications (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Proven ability to attract, motivate, and retain technical talent
Experience reporting on incident metrics and performance
Strong Leadership experience
