🔑 Must-Have Skills (Mandatory)

✅ 12+ years of hands-on IBM Maximo experience (MAS, Maximo Mobile, Maximo 7.6.x)
✅ End-to-end Maximo implementations, upgrades, migrations & go-lives
✅ Strong leadership in SDLC, solution design, and technical delivery
✅ Expertise in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
✅ Experience with Automation Scripts (Java / Python)
✅ Maximo Mobile development & support
✅ Spatial Configuration using Maximo Spatial & ArcGIS
✅ Legacy data conversion, data mapping & migration
✅ Strong involvement in system & application testing (SIT/UAT)
