Application support or production support analyst

We’re Hiring – Application support or production support analyst
📍 Location: GTA, ON – Hybrid – Work Model: 3 days onsite

Required Skills & Experience
– 5+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles
– Strong hands-on experience supporting trading, digital banking, or wealth management platforms
– Proven expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and log monitoring tools
– Solid understanding of application architecture, microservices, APIs, and data flows
– Strong experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
– Proficiency in SQL and relational databases for troubleshooting and analysis
– Experience supporting systems in cloud (GCP, Azure) and on-prem environments
– Familiarity with real-time data streaming, batch processing, and order management systems
– Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams
– Experience working in high-availability, market-driven environments with strict SLAs
– Exposure to stock trading, equities, options, mutual funds, and fixed income products
