Project Manager – Level 2

We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Level 2
📍 Hybrid (50% Onsite | 50% Remote) OR Remote (Canada)
📅 Contract: 12 months with possible extensions
📆 Deadline: Thursday, January 29, 2026

Key Responsibilities
👉 Own full project lifecycle from initiation to closeout
👉 Create and manage project plans (scope, schedule, budget, risk, communications)
👉 Lead multi-stream delivery, cross-functional teams & vendors
👉 Manage milestones, forecasts, governance, and executive reporting
👉 Drive risk, issue & dependency management across the portfolio
👉 Support procurement, contracts, and vendor accountability
👉 Contribute to PMO standards, toolkits, and continuous improvement
👉 Operate in a highly audited environment with KPI reporting (EVM, RAG, phase gating)

Mandatory Requirements
✅ Active PMP certification (non-negotiable)
✅ 8+ years Project Management experience (within Canada)
✅ 5+ years managing medium-to-large projects ($1M–$3M budgets)
✅ Strong experience in predictive / waterfall projectized environments
✅ Ability to manage 1–4 concurrent projects
✅ Flexible availability (25–50 hrs/week, as required)
