Senior Full-Stack Developer

Senior Full-Stack Developer (Hybrid – Toronto, ON)
Are you a builder who loves ownership, speed, and visible impact? We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a high-growth, engineering-led startup environment. You’ll be one of the first engineers beyond the founding team, working directly with leadership to design, build, and deploy products end-to-end.
What You’ll Do:
Own full product lifecycle: architecture → development → deployment → monitoring
Build scalable backend services in Python, AWS (EKS, Lambda), Docker
Develop responsive frontend experiences with React + TypeScript
Work with Postgres, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
Solve complex systems problems: caching, async behavior, performance
Influence core technical decisions and mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For:
5–7+ years professional experience
Startup/early-stage experience, preferably SaaS, fintech, proptech, or marketplaces
Proven “zero-to-one” project delivery experience
Hands-on backend + frontend architecture and development
Comfortable in hybrid office environment (3 days/week in Toronto)
High autonomy, team player, systems thinker, and passionate about shipping production-ready code
Salary & Perks:
$160,000–$170,000 CAD + 1% equity (vesting over 4 years)
