We’re Hiring: Salesforce (SFDC) Solution Architect (Contract /FTE).
📍 Toronto / Hybrid | 🏥 Health & Life Sciences | 💻 CRM & Marketing Automation.

An innovative organization is expanding its CRM Center of Excellence, focused on transforming customer-centric brand experiences across a complex omnichannel ecosystem.

We’re looking for a highly technical, hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to join a growing team of Marketing Automation and CRM experts working on cutting-edge healthcare and life sciences solutions.

🧠 What You’ll Do
🔹 Architect and design solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud
🔹 Apply working knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM
🔹 Lead architecture, design, and development across multiple initiatives
🔹 Create and maintain documentation including:
• Use cases & workflows
• Data flows & process re-engineering
• Functional specifications & adoption guides
🔹 Provide architectural oversight and promote CRM & Marketing Automation best practices
🔹 Design scalable, reusable architecture aligned with enterprise standards
🔹 Develop using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs
🔹 Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR systems, data platforms, and third-party applications
🔹 Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and HIPAA standards
🔹 Mentor developers and support troubleshooting efforts
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
🔹 Present architecture recommendations clearly to stakeholders
🔹 Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
🔹 Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry trends

🛠️ What You Bring
✅ Deep, hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
✅ Knowledge of Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva Vault CRM
✅ Strong Salesforce architecture and development expertise
✅ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
✅ Exposure to Marketing Cloud and/or Informatica (nice to have)
✅ Experience with Git / CI-CD tools
✅ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

🎓 Qualifications
🎯 7+ years of CRM solution architecture experience
🎯 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development
🎯 Salesforce Application Architect and Integration Architect certifications
🎯 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🎯 Healthcare standards experience (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA) is a strong asset
