We’re Hiring: HR Coordinator – 6 Months 💼

Are you an HR professional early in your career who enjoys recruitment, employee experience, and payroll operations? Join a collaborative People & Culture team where you’ll gain hands-on exposure across the full HR lifecycle during an exciting period of growth and HR technology transformation.

📍 Location: Canada (Hybrid)
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid
⏳ Contract: 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
👥 People & Culture Support – Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, HR administration, training support, and employee engagement initiatives
🧾 HR Administration – Manage the People & Culture inbox, maintain accurate employee records, and support compliance and audits
🎓 Training & Development – Coordinate and schedule employee training programs and professional development initiatives
💰 Payroll Support – Act as back-up for bi-weekly payroll for ~400 salaried employees, support benefits and retirement administration
📊 HR Systems & Reporting – Create reports using ADP Workforce Now, update employee records, and support the transition to Workday
🔄 Process Improvement – Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR and Payroll

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
✅ 2–3 years of HR and Payroll experience with strong recruitment and administration exposure
✅ Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Workday
✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
✅ Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
✅ High level of discretion and professionalism
✅ Proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented mindset
